Art paper

Art paper (also known as coated paper or image print stock) can serve both as a covering material and as a standalone material. Lighter-weight 135 gsm art paper, for example, is often used as a covering material for high-quality presentation folders, while 300 gsm art board is commonly chosen for many lightweight folder solutions. Art paper is widely recognized in everyday applications such as product packaging, flyers, and brochures.

In summary, art paper is a highly cost-effective material. However, when it comes to tactile feel and premium appearance, it does not quite match materials such as fine linen, metallic finishes, or leather fiber. For a direct comparison, requesting physical material samples is highly recommended.

One of the key advantages of art paper is its excellent printability. It can be printed in full CMYK color, delivering vibrant and accurate results. Thanks to its smooth surface—especially when combined with a film lamination—designs appear sharp, detailed, and visually striking. You can choose between single-sided printing (4/0 color) or double-sided printing (4/4 color). Depending on the production volume, either offset printing or digital printing is used to achieve optimal results.
