Simple Folder in Fine Linen

The Hilton Hotel in Berlin was looking for high-quality room folders to provide guests with clear and elegant information about hotel services, the surrounding area, and current events. The folders needed to be understated, functional, and visually aligned with the premium atmosphere of the hotel.

The Implementation

A simple black cover was chosen for the room folder, made from a high-quality fine linen material. The exterior creates a calm, refined impression, while the dark blue interior adds an elegant contrast and gives the folder a distinctive, premium look.

The folder was equipped with a chrome 2-ring mechanism, offering enough space for different types of printed guest information. This makes it easy for the hotel team to update pages when services, recommendations, or event details change.

For a secure and discreet closure, the folder was finished with a black elastic band. The customer logo was placed subtly in the lower right corner using glossy white hot foil embossing. This creates a refined brand detail without disturbing the clean overall design.

The finished ring binders are simple, elegant, and modern. Their restrained design ensures that they fit naturally into different interior styles while still supporting the high-quality image of the hotel.
