Custom Presentation Folders: Our Model A6 at Its Best

Our real-time 3D configurator provides a clear overview of exemplary model options for high-quality custom presentation folders. Among the most popular choices are folders with variable storage compartments, such as Models A2, A3 and A6. In this article, we take a closer look at Model A6, focusing on its structure, functional options and design possibilities.

Corporate Presentation Folders: Consistent Design from Start to Finish

Model A6 is based on a combination of two variable storage compartments: one portrait-format compartment on the left and one landscape-format compartment on the right. These compartments can be produced in various filling heights, making them suitable for documents, brochures, samples or inserts of different sizes and volumes.

A flat elastic band stretched across each compartment keeps the contents securely in place. At the same time, it also serves as a design detail. Available in numerous colours, the elastic band can be matched to the overall corporate design or used as a deliberate contrast element.

Tip: All our products can be manufactured in your desired format. In addition to standard formats such as A5, A3, DL or square layouts, we also produce special custom sizes tailored to your specific requirements.

For the Porsche Design presentation folder, the compartments were additionally equipped with a pen holder and a business card pocket. These accessory elements can be positioned flexibly within the printed product, allowing the folder to be adapted precisely to the intended use and the materials it needs to hold.

The folder is closed with an elastic band closure, which can also be produced in the desired colour. This ensures that the folder remains securely closed while maintaining a coherent and refined overall appearance.

Design Options for Custom Presentation Folders

A corporate folder only feels complete when it reflects the company’s visual identity, including brand colours, logo and overall design language. In addition to functional details, the choice of material and finishing plays a key role in creating a professional and memorable presentation folder.

At cardstock, we generally distinguish between two main material categories: textured cover materials and smooth cover materials.

Textured materials are typically refined with embossing, foil stamping or varnishing, giving the folder a tactile and premium appearance. Smooth materials, on the other hand, can be printed freely and are particularly suitable for designs with detailed graphics, colour gradients or full-surface layouts.

The Porsche Design folder uses a fine linen cover material in black, refined with a silver logo foil stamping. This combination creates a restrained, elegant look while giving the folder a distinctive tactile quality. Fine linen is just one of many textured materials available in the cardstock range.

Tip: Speak to our team about alternative cover materials with unique textures and finishes. Together, we can help you find the ideal material for your brand, your application and your desired visual impression.
