High-Quality Writing Folders: Why Quality Matters

A recent project involved the production of premium writing folders designed for different business purposes. The folders needed to hold brochures and flyers as well as additional items such as USB sticks, pens and business cards. This required a solution that was not only visually refined but also highly functional in daily use.

The selected model was based on a portrait-format layout with a flexible storage compartment on the left and a chrome clip mechanism on the right. This combination is particularly suitable when different document formats and additional materials need to be stored together. The flexible compartment allows various inserts to be placed securely inside the folder, while the elastic band stretched across the compartment helps keep the contents in position.

On the right-hand inside page, the clip mechanism offers space for additional documents or a writing pad. The left-hand compartment was also equipped with a pen loop, a USB stick holder and a business card pocket. These features make the folder suitable for meetings, presentations, training sessions and corporate events where printed materials and small accessories need to be presented as one complete set.

The folder is closed with an elastic band closure, which helps prevent it from opening unintentionally during transport. Elastic bands are available in a wide range of colours, making it possible to match this functional detail to the overall design. In this project, white was chosen to create a clean and harmonious appearance.

The folder itself was produced using a white matte printed cover material. The customer’s logo was printed in the company’s corporate colour, creating a professional branded appearance that fits seamlessly into the company’s visual identity.
