Folders for Real Estate Agents

This project focused on an interesting combination of a writing folder and a notebook. A well-known online real estate platform was looking for high-quality presentation materials for various documents. The goal was to equip employees with practical writing folders as well as matching notebooks for meetings, presentations, and client appointments.

The Implementation

In many industries, lightweight folders are still commonly used for handing over documents. However, more and more companies are recognizing the benefits of premium presentation folders. A stable, well-made folder lasts longer, protects the contents more effectively, and creates a noticeably higher-quality impression when documents are presented to clients, partners, or prospects.

For real estate agents in particular, the way documents are handed over can have a strong impact. Property exposés, offers, contracts, financing documents, and consultation materials should not only be complete and well organized, but also presented in a professional and trustworthy way. A premium folder helps keep all documents neatly arranged while giving the recipient the feeling that the information has been prepared with care.

Another important aspect was the consistent integration of the company’s corporate design. Even small design details can make a folder or notebook feel clearly connected to a brand. In this case, the recognizable orange brand color and the distinctive company logo played a central role and therefore had to be incorporated into the final design.

The writing folder was equipped with a color-matched elastic band on the insert compartment, while the notebook was finished with a bright orange ribbon marker. The logo was placed discreetly but visibly in the lower right corner using blind embossing. This created a refined and professional look without making the design appear overloaded.

The Result

The final concept now supports the client’s employees during consultations, negotiations, and presentations. The combination of black fine linen material and vibrant orange details creates a modern, fresh appearance while maintaining a premium and professional character.

The folders and notebooks are not only functional tools for everyday use, but also an important part of the brand experience. They help present documents in a structured way, protect important materials, and leave a lasting impression on clients and business partners.
