This gave the product a refined look and a pleasant tactile quality, while also offering excellent conditions for decorative finishing.

The customer’s desired cover design was applied using hot foil stamping. This finishing method made it possible to create a precise, elegant, and eye-catching result. Especially on textured materials, foil stamping can add a premium effect that feels more exclusive than conventional surface printing.

Practical interior design for seminar documents

The inside of a seminar folder should be just as carefully planned as the outside. Participants usually receive documents in different formats, such as schedules, handouts, certificates, brochures, or notes. For this reason, the interior was equipped with a flexible horizontal storage pocket.

A variable storage pocket is especially useful because it can hold documents of different sizes securely and neatly. This makes the folder suitable for a wide range of seminar, workshop, training, or conference materials. The documents remain easy to access while still being properly fixed in place.

A matching elastic band was added to the pocket. In addition to its practical function, it created a deliberate visual contrast with the cover and supported the overall design concept. Small details like this can make a seminar folder feel more refined and more aligned with the company’s brand identity.

USB stick holder for digital documents

Modern seminars often combine printed materials with digital content. To support this, the folder was also equipped with a USB stick holder. This allows companies to provide presentations, additional documents, product information, or training materials in digital form.

Integrating a USB stick holder directly into the folder keeps all seminar content in one place. Participants receive a complete and well-organized package, while the company benefits from a professional presentation that is both functional and memorable.
