Three-Part Presentation Folder in DIN A5 Format

Even though many business processes are now digital, printed documents still play an important role in professional communication. Handing over brochures, flyers, proposals, or product information in a physical folder creates trust, strengthens brand perception, and adds a tangible quality to the customer experience. For this project, the customer was looking for premium presentation folders that could hold various information brochures, flyers, and offer documents. The folders needed to provide generous storage space while remaining compact and practical in DIN A5 format.

Multi-Panel Presentation Folders in a Custom A5 Format

Presentation folders do not always have to follow the standard A4 format. Depending on the intended use, the amount of content, and the desired impression, alternative formats such as A5, A3, landscape formats, portrait formats, or square formats can be the better choice. A smaller format can be particularly useful when documents need to be presented in a compact, elegant, and easy-to-handle way.

For this project, the folder was produced in DIN A5 portrait format. To combine a compact outer format with a high storage capacity, a three-part folder construction was selected. This structure offers significantly more usable space than a simple two-panel folder while still remaining convenient for meetings, mailings, trade fairs, consultations, and personal handovers.

The inside of the folder was designed with corner pockets on the left and right panels. The central panel was equipped with a variable storage compartment. The corner pockets are suitable for holding up to 20 sheets each, while the variable compartment, with a filling height of 10 mm, provides space for more extensive content of up to approximately 100 sheets. This makes the folder suitable for both slim document sets and larger information packages.

A major advantage of this type of folder is its flexibility. The different compartments can hold documents in various formats and thicknesses. This allows companies to combine brochures, loose sheets, price lists, forms, flyers, samples, or proposal documents in one clearly structured presentation solution.

Additional functional elements were also integrated into the folder. A business card pocket allows the contact person’s details to be presented directly with the documents. A flexible USB stick holder provides space for digital content such as product data, image files, technical documents, or presentations. This creates a practical combination of printed and digital information in one high-quality folder.

Custom Printed Presentation Folders for a Strong Corporate Design

The visual design of the three-part presentation folder was closely aligned with the customer’s corporate identity. The company’s distinctive green brand color was used prominently on the cover and inside of the folder. This ensured a consistent brand appearance and made the folder immediately recognizable as part of the customer’s communication materials.

The folder was produced with a printed cover material that allows precise implementation of individual colors, logos, and design elements. This makes it possible to match the folder closely to existing brand guidelines, whether the design is minimalistic, colorful, image-based, or strongly focused on corporate colors.

A matte film lamination was added to the printed surface. This finishing option gives the folder a refined, professional appearance and improves its resistance to everyday handling. The matte surface reduces glare, feels pleasant to the touch, and supports a premium overall impression.
